– Inertia becomes the Facility’s Energy Broker
– Inertia provides a contracted deal that reduces the Facilities Energy Cost or Make it Self Sustaining (Green)
– Inertia provides a Sponsorship + Energy Savings ranges from $20,000 to $50,000 per facility per year. Inertia prefers to do 5 year deals as that drives the most upside for everyone. So it can be a combination of $100,000 to $250,000 per school or facility in sponsorship + energy savings.

– Deal provided $1.5 million dollars in total over 20 years to the School. 50% paid to school within 60 days ($750,000). Remaining 50% is being paid over a 20 year period (750,000/20 years = $37,500 per year)
