A former collegiate football athlete and entrepreneur, Shea launched his first business while still in Business School at Rutgers University. His passion for sports and business has allowed him to build programs like the U.S. Army All-American Bowl on NBC, PlayStation All-American Baseball Game on Fox Sports Net, Walter Payton Speed and Strength Athlete of the Year, FBU (Football University), USA Football, NFL Flag, U.S. National Team program, among others. Considered to be one of the foremost experts on amateur and grassroots sports marketing, Shea offers clients extensive experience and innovation in their strategy and sponsorships.
